Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous material having uniform pores and having excellent formability, and to provide a porous carbon material capable of being formed into various shapes, such as a massive, fibrous, sheet-like, and film-like shape, and having uniform pores. SOLUTION: A micelle-containing organic polymer has at least one peak in a X-ray diffraction pattern, wherein at least one pair of a diffraction angle (2θ) and a space between lattice planes (d) of the peak satisfies the following equation: 2θ=2sin-1(λ/2d) [λ is a wavelength (nm) of a characteristic X-ray Kα1], and d comprises one or more values selected from a range of 0.8 to 150 nm.
