Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-treated substrate of which the inside is not deteriorated; and an ultraviolet treatment method giving an ultraviolet-treated substrate of which the inside is not deteriorated. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet-treated substrate is prepared by irradiating the surface of a substrate with ultraviolet rays with an angle α of at least 45° with the normal line; thus, the surface of the substrate can be treated with ultraviolet rays without causing the deterioration of the substrate by ultraviolet rays.
