Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can inform a player, preliminarily at a time suitable for the player, of a condition that a second variable prize winning means can take. SOLUTION: A main CPU (central processing unit) 33a determines prize winning and preliminarily notice by using a random number table for determining prize winning and reads out a single value from the random number table for determining prize winning triggered at detection of a prize winning ball. The main CPU 33a compares the value of a random number for determining prize winning read out immediately before starting a variable display game based on prize determining winning detection with a direction determining value to determine prize winning. On the other hand, the CPU 33a compares a random number for prize winning with a direction determining value upon detecting prize winning to give a player a preliminary notice. When the CPU 33a determines to give the player the preliminary notice, the CPU outputs a control command to a sub-CPU 34a to give the player the preliminary notice. As a result, a condition that an ordinary electric prize winning device set on a starting prize winning port can take (to be in an open condition) is preliminarily noticed to a preliminary notice device 36.
