AUTOMATIC SKEWERED FOOD ROASTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic skewered food roasting apparatus in which drippings from food is prevented from adhering on a heat source for avoiding stains of the heat source and production of smoke, putting-on or removing work of spit roasting materials can be done without accompanied thermal discomfort, and moreover the putting-on or removing work can be easily done. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises the heat source which heats from the side direction of a transfer direction at the heating station (A) the spit roasting materials (4) held in an attitude suspended downward with a skewer holder (15), and a cam member (71) which makes the skewer holder (15) alter into a horizontal position in a material putting-on or removing station (B) shifted in a horizontal direction from the heating station (A), are included.
