Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person having impairment in his/her single hand due to an injury, disease, etc. to simply and surely cut off roll paper by smoothly pulling out the roll paper, to avoid coming out of paper dregs when cutting off the roll paper, and to cut off the roll paper to either of the right and left directions. SOLUTION: This roll paper holder is constituted so as to pull out part of the roll paper supported rotatably and cut it off with a paper cutting plate swingable on a shaft. Then, the paper cutting plate has a weight for pressurizing the roll paper by its own weight and a curved part having a tapered rear face on the side of its front end, and is provided with a cutter part at the front end of this curved part.
