Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reverse power flow and lower the ratio of the amount of power supplied from a commercial power supply to the amount of power supplied to a load for efficient operation. SOLUTION: A power measuring instrument 31 measures the amount of power consumed by an indoor unit 12. Based on the detected amount of power consumed, a controller 20 sets an amount of power for a commercial power supply unit 15 to supply to the indoor unit. Thus, the commercial power supply unit 15 generates commercial power equivalent to the amount of power set from power obtained by power generation, and outputs it to the indoor unit 12.
