HOUSEHOLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household electrical appliance control system wherein a server, a clock apparatus, and household electrical appliances are interconnected via a LAN that applies cooperative control to the household electrical appliances. SOLUTION: The sever 4 stores apparatus information to control the household electrical appliances. A user enters event information including names and scheduled date and time of events in the household. The server 4 reads the apparatus information corresponding to the entered event information. The server 4 generates reservation information including the reservation date and time and an operation instruction from the event information and the apparatus information. The server 4 transmits the reservation information to the household electrical appliances 1 operated in cross-reference with the event respectively. The household electrical appliances 1 store the received reservation information. A clock 102 incorporated into each household electrical appliance 1 counts a present time and corrects the counted present time on the basis of time information transmitted from a radio wave clock 3. When the present time of the built-in clock reaches the reservation date and time, the household electrical appliances 1 perform operations according to the operation instruction.
