An outlet for a power source cable is arranged on a wiring board inside the terminal box 11. A top plate 2a of the work desk 2 is constituted of a double structure composed of a desk plate 2c and a mesh cover 2b, while the circumferential edge of a copper plate serving as a conductive material and a touch panel 15 having a lower face covered with an insulating body are arranged, and these are grounded to an earth side terminal inside the hub box 12.
