SOLUTION: A storing case 9 is mounted outside a work desk 2. In the storing case 9, a termination box 11 and a hub box 12 are stored. A plurality of optical fibers 6 are protruded and distributed from the termination box 11, and a hub 5 for bundling the optical fibers 6 is arranged inside the hub box 12. An outlet for a power source cable is arranged on a wiring board inside the terminal box 11. A top plate 2a of the work desk 2 is constituted of a double structure composed of a desk plate 2c and a mesh cover 2b, while the circumferential edge of a copper plate serving as a conductive material and a touch panel 15 having a lower face covered with an insulating body are arranged, and these are grounded to an earth side terminal inside the hub box 12.
