ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE BODY AND ANTISTATIC APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic discharging body capable of facilitating the wiring of an optical communication cable and the like or maintenance and saving a space and widely usable for preventing an erroneous operation in an electronic apparatus and the like due to electrostatic discharge, and to provide an antistatic apparatus using this electrostatic discharge body. SOLUTION: A storing case 9 is mounted outside a work desk 2. In the storing case 9, a termination box 11 and a hub box 12 are stored. A plurality of optical fibers 6 are protruded and distributed from the termination box 11, and a hub 5 for bundling the optical fibers 6 is arranged inside the hub box 12. An outlet for a power source cable is arranged on a wiring board inside the terminal box 11. A top plate 2a of the work desk 2 is constituted of a double structure composed of a desk plate 2c and a mesh cover 2b, while the circumferential edge of a copper plate serving as a conductive material and a touch panel 15 having a lower face covered with an insulating body are arranged, and these are grounded to an earth side terminal inside the hub box 12.
