PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DSP capable of corresponding to change in specifications or a function by minimum modification, and minimizing extra storage capacity of a RAM for modification. SOLUTION: When there are modifications of commands following change in specification or addition of function, only the modified commands are newly stored in the random access memory 2B, addresses of the modified commands in the random access memory 2B are stored in an address administration memory 2C instead of addresses in a read only memory 2A of the commands before modification stored in the address administration memory 2C, and an arithmetic processing part 1 carries out address administration of an address of each command by using the address administration memory 2C.
