MESSAGE DISTRIBUTION APPARATUS AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient message distribution apparatus that can transmit messages if one's party name, one's party alma mater, or the like is known even if one's party electronic mail address is not known. SOLUTION: The message distribution apparatus comprises: a message accumulation section 23 for accumulating messages; a transmission processing section 24b for acquiring messages whose destination is specified from pieces of terminal apparatus 30a - 30c and for storing the acquired messages at the message accumulation section 23 for performing the transmission processing of the messages; and a reception processing section 24d for reading the messages from the message accumulation section 23 for distribution and performing the reception processing of the messages when an instruction for acquiring messages addressed to oneself is received from the pieces of terminal apparatus 30a-30c. The transmission processing section 24b acquires the specification of an address for performing transmission processing according to the name, alma meter name of a transmission destination user, and a student having an age with one year starting from April 2 to the next April 1 as a unit.
