Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure axial torsional vibration in an internal pump. SOLUTION: A vibration detector 2 for detecting radial-directional vibration, and a sound detector 3 for detecting circumferential-directional vibration are attached to a cylindrical casing 6 for storing a motor for the internal pump. A vibration operation unit 15 conforms a dimension of a vibration waveform signal detected by the vibration detector 2 with a dimension of an acoustic waveform signal detected by the sound detector 3, and finds the axial torsional vibration of the motor, based on a difference between the both signals.
