VACUUM HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL, REFRIGERATING AND COOLING/HEATING APPARATUS USING THE SAME, VACUUM HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL CORE MATERIAL, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material having excellent heat insulating performance and productivity, lightweight and high in rigidity and plane accuracy in a refrigerator, a freezer or a heat/cold insulating apparatus for an automatic vending machine or the like, and to provide a vacuum heat insulating material core material used for the vacuum heat insulating material, its manufacturing method and further the refrigerator formed of a heat insulating case body of high heat insulating performance and energy-saving with excellent appearance quality. SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating material comprises a board-like core material and an envelope material enveloping the core material, and is closed after decompressing the interior. The board-like core material is formed of a laminated body of nonwoven fiber webs, and a hardened layer is formed at least on one side surface of the core material by heat-fixing the fiber with a binder. The vacuum heat insulating material is disposed on the outer case side in a space formed by the outer case and an inner case so that the hardened layer side face of the vacuum heat insulating material faces the inner surface of the outer case, and a heat insulating foam material is filled in a space excluding the vacuum heat insulating material to acquire the refrigerator of excellent heat insulating performance and appearance quality.
