Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize direct blowing at a wide angle of 360° or more at a low cost with simple structure in an oscillating device for a blower in which an impeller is turned integrally with a motor. SOLUTION: This oscillating device for the blower is provided with a fixed shaft 4 supporting the motor 2 to which the impeller 1 is direct-coupled, in a turnable manner; a sector member 7 connected to the motor 2 rotatably around an axis 8 parallel with the fixed shaft 4, as a fulcrum, and having a circular arc face 7a brought into frictional contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixed shaft 4; a crankshaft 9 supported on the motor 2 and rotated around an axis parallel with the fixed shaft 4; and a link 11 for connecting a crank arm 9a of the crankshaft 9 to the sector member 7. The motor 2 is put in reciprocating turning motion at a turning angle of 360° or more by the mesh between a worm 14 direct-coupled to a rotating shaft 3 of the motor 2, and a worm wheel 15 fitted to the crankshaft 9.
