Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-based vulcanization adhesive composition which is non-volatile and has good compatibility with water and is obtained by using a solvent from which BTX is removed and water as a solvent. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for vulcanization adhesion comprises a resol-type phenol resin and a silane coupling agent as an adhesive component and an ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether and water as the solvent.
