Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple process for maintaining a water vapor atmosphere in a process for steam-curing a calcium silicate building material at a low temperature under atmospheric pressure, by using moisture in a raw material molded product. SOLUTION: The raw material molded product containing moisture is wrapped in a wrapping material, a plastics sheet, a plastics bag, etc., and heated to perform curing and solidification in a predetermined water vapor condition. Compared to a conventional steam-supply method, this process requires no steam-introduction step and therefore realizes simplification of equipment, energy saving and cost reduction. Furthermore, output and temperature are easily controlled when performing microwave steam curing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
