SOLUTION: The cover tape is constituted of a plastic film layer, a polyethylene layer, and an antistatic blocking preventive layer containing a quaternary ammonium salt cation-based surfactant dispersed in an acrylic-based resin which are stacked, or of a plastic film layer, an antistatic layer, a polyethylene layer, and an antistatic blocking preventive layer containing a quaternary ammonium salt cation-based surfactant dispersed in an acrylic-based resin which are stacked.
