Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood panel having excellent appearance design without impairing a function as the hood panel. SOLUTION: A hood panel mounting structure of a vehicle has a first hood panel 1 opened and closed through a hinge and a second hood panel 2 arranged adjacent to a rear part of the first hood panel 1. A projecting part whose tip side is formed to have large diameter is formed in the vehicle. A first hole part in which the tip side of the projecting part is inserted and a second hole part communicated and connected with the first hole part and having smaller width than that of the first hole part are formed at a position corresponding to a projecting part in an inner panel of the second hood panel 2.
