METHOD FOR PRESENTING DATA, AND PROJECTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved information presentation system for automatically connecting the device of a presenter to a projection screen or another projection target, and also to provide its method. SOLUTION: A reverse terminal server model is utilized for establishing connection between a presentation server, i.e., a projection device 201 and a presentation client, i.e., a projection target device 301. The projection device 201 finds the projection target device 301 through the use of a universal plug and play protocol. Data to be presented or explicitly expressed are exchanged via a terminal service session which is started via the reverse terminal server model. Visual data are displayed on a terminal service server host by using shadowing while a terminal service client host renders information for presentation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
