Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device and a reagent for immunoassay uninfluenced even if particles other than a measuring object material are included in a specimen, and having the high degree of freedom from the viewpoint of magnitude when selecting carrier particles to be used, in the immunoassay using a particle aggregation method. SOLUTION: This immunoassay comprises following processes. Two or more optical information is detected from particles in a sample prepared by mixing the carrier particles sensitized by an antibody or an antigen to the measuring object material with the specimen. The carrier particles are discriminated from particles in the specimen based on detected first optical information, and the aggregation degree of the carrier particles is determined based on second optical information, and the measuring object material is detected based on the determined aggregation degree. When measuring a plurality of items simultaneously, two or more optical information is detected from particles in a sample prepared by mixing a plurality of kinds of carrier particles with the specimen. First carrier particles are discriminated from second carrier particles based on detected first optical information, and the aggregation degree of each of the first/second carrier particles is determined based on second optical information.
