Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of a reinforcing member by reducing the generation of voids in a sheath while keeping the thickness of fillers in the periphery of the reinforcing member inserted into the sheath approximately constant. SOLUTION: Spacers 5 and 6 are used for manufacturing post-tensioning system prestressed concrete 10 with the sheath 2 buried into concrete 1 and the reinforcing member 4 tensed while being inserted into the sheath 2 and fixed by the fillers 3 filled into the sheath 2. The spacers 5 and 6 are installed to the outer peripheral section of the reinforcing member 4, and inserted into the sheath 2 so that the axis of the sheath 2 and the axis of the reinforcing member 4 are brought mutually near.
