Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation locking mechanism, applicable to a large building and operated with small energy. SOLUTION: This base isolation locking mechanism 1 includes: a air of arms 3 connected to a foundation slab (a ground) 8 to rotate round a horizontal axis through a hinge 2; a hydraulic cylinder (an actuator) 10 for rotating the arms 3; a roller (a reaction force applying part) 4 connected to the arms 3; and a pair of reaction force receiving parts 31 fixed to a floor slab (a structure isolated from vibration) 9. The respective reaction force receiving parts 31 are disposed opposite to each other, and with the rotation of each arm 3, the respective rollers 4 are moved between the unlocking position not confronting the reaction force receiving part 31 and the locking position confronting the reaction force receiving part 31.
