Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which it is required to give characteristic to a method for selling a material for agriculture and horticulture as limitation exists when only investigation of production method is carried out in order to reutilize industrial wastes such as discharge mud, papermaking sludge and feces and urine of livestock. SOLUTION: The material for agriculture and horticulture is produced by using mud discharged when producing service water or industrial water or soil generated by construction as a raw material and the material for agriculture and horticulture is packed in a bag made of waste paper or a recycle film. Expense is recovered and the material for agriculture and horticulture can be distributed at no cost or inexpensively by applying advertisement to the packing bag. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
