Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an alkenyl phosphorus compound by using a hydrogenated phosphonate ester, a hydrogenated phosphinate ester or a bisubstituted phosphine oxide as a starting material together with a catalyst of low cost, especially capable of improving positional selectivity in a reaction in which positional isomers are easily formed. SOLUTION: In this method, the hydrogenated phosphonate ester, the hydrogenated phosphinate ester or the bisubstituted phosphine oxide is reacted with an acetylene compound in the presence of a nickel catalyst and a specific phosphinic acid, so that the corresponding alkenyl phosphorus compound is produced.
