N-BENZYLPIPERIDINE DERIVATIVE AND INSECTICIDE COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an N-benzylpiperidine derivative having drastically high insecticidal activity at low doses compared to conventional piperidine compounds. SOLUTION: The N-benzylpiperidine derivative is represented by formula(I) ( wherein, two X groups are each H, a halogen atom, lower haloalkyl, lower haloalkoxy, lower haloalkylthio or lower alkylsulfonyloxy; R1and R2are aech H, a lower alkyl, lower cycloalkyl, lower haloalkyl, lower halocycloalkyl or lower alkoxyalkyl; A is H, a lower alkylcarbonyl or lower alkylsulfonyl; and (n) is an integer of 1-3 ). An insecticide, miticide or nematocide comprising the N-benzylpiperidine derivative, an N-oxide form or a salt thereof as an active ingredient is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
