Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation for external use, which has excellent preventing and ameliorating effects on aging symptoms of the skin such as wrinkles and reduction in firmness by promoting production of collagen and hyaluronic acid in epidermal fibroblasts. SOLUTION: The skin care preparation for external use comprises hydroxyproline, a hydroxyproline acylated derivative or its salt being a main constituent amino acid component in collagen and an oligopeptide acylated derivative. The oligopeptide acylated derivative is not limited and the oligopeptide acylated derivative in which 2-6 amino acids of one or more kinds selected from lysine, threonine, serine, glycine and histidine are combined is preferable.
