SEAT BELT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device which suppresses occupant's moving to a side due to collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this seat belt device 10, one end part of webbing 12 is locked in a retractor 14 so as to wind and pull out freely and the other end part of it is fixed to a vehicle body. When a tongue plate 22 in which an intermediate part is inserted is locked in a buckle device 26, one end part side restrains occupant's upper body and the other end part side restrains occupant's waist part for the tongue plate 22. A guide member 32 attached to the webbing 12 slidably in this restrain condition is locked in a guide anchor 34 and is positioned in the vicinity of the buckle device 26. When the vehicle collides on its side face, a driving device 38 winds a winding belt 36 and moves onto a seat back part 24A side together with the guide anchor 34 to change restrain path of the occupant's upper body.
