SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPATCHING MANPOWER SUBSTITUTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manpower substitute dispatching system for dispatching manpower in place of a worker, and also to provide its method. SOLUTION: The system includes: the worker, the company of the worker, a manpower supply company for dispatching manpower to the company in place of the worker; and manpower registered in the manpower supply company. The system also includes: a means for registering the worker in the manpower supply company; a means for the worker to request manpower; a means for the worker to announce manpower supply to the company; a means for registering manpower to the manpower supply company; a means for indicating manpower supply to the company to the manpower supply company; and a means for communication between the company and the manpower supply company. The method includes: a worker register step; a worker dispatch expenditure accumulation step; a step for the worker to announce manpower dispatch to the company; a step for the worker to make a request to the manpower supply company; a manpower selection and dispatch step by the manpower supply company; a step for arrangement between manpower and the worker and/or the company; a step for dispatching manpower to the company; and a step for the manpower supply company to collect dispatch expenditure and pay charge to the manpower.
