Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply device capable of easily determining the preheating amount as energy saving amount. SOLUTION: A hot-water supply device body 1 comprises a thermistor 12 for hot-water of low temperature, detecting a temperature of the hot-water of low temperature before mixing, and a mixture thermistor 15 detecting a temperature of the mixed water of the preheated water and the hot-water of low temperature before entering into a combustion heat exchanger 16. A control part 10 calculates the preheating amount saved by the preheated water, as a result of the operation performed by substituting the temperature of hot water of low temperature, the temperature of the mixed water, and an outflow amount as the total flow rate in a predetermined arithmetic expression.
