Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly secure the comfortable heating operation by an indoor machine even when the hot-water supply heating unit can perform the HP operation to simultaneously take refrigerant heat and engine exhaust heat. SOLUTION: A refrigerant circuit 28 in which the refrigerant is circulated by a compressor 7 driven by a gas engine 6 is provided with an outdoor heat exchanger 34, an indoor heat exchanger 4, and a refrigerant heat exchanger 61, and a cooling water circuit 29 for circulating the cooling water to cool the gas engine, is provided with an exhaust gas heat exchanger 24, a hot-water heat exchanger 62, and a hot-water supply heating unit for heating the water in hot-water piping including a hot-water storage tank 63 in the hot-water supply, by the refrigerant heat exchanger and the hot-water heat exchanger. Further a control means is mounted for making the HP operation by the hot-water supply heating unit be disabled, when the heating operation load by the indoor machine 3 with the indoor heat exchanger is more than the load usable in the operation excluding the HP operation in the HP operation of the hot-water supply heating unit for simultaneously taking both of the refrigerant heat from the refrigerant heat exchanger and the engine exhaust heat from the hot-water heat exchanger.
