CARBONIZATION TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization treatment apparatus which can carbonize a treatment object as required by preventing air from flowing into a carbonization treatment chamber. SOLUTION: This carbonization treatment apparatus has a carbonization treatment housing 4 for specifying a carbonization treatment chamber 24, a transfer means 26 for transferring a treatment object through the carbonization treatment chamber 24, a heating housing 6 for specifying a heating chamber 12, a combustion exhaust gas supply means for supplying a combustion exhaust gas to the heating chamber, an upstream-side feeding means 62 for feeding the treatment object, and a downstream-side feeding means 122 for feeding the treatment object to the downstream side. The upstream-side feeding means 62 has an upstream-side rotary valve 102, and the downstream-side feeding means 122 has a downstream-side rotary valve 130. Air is prevented from flowing into the carbonization treatment housing 4 by the upstream-side and downstream-side rotary valves 102 and 130. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
