Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a methylene-crosslinked polyphenylene polyamine comprising neutralizing, using a line mixer, a reaction liquid obtained by subjecting aniline and formaldehyde to condensation rearrangement reaction in the presence of an acid catalyst, separating the resultant oily phase and aqueous phase followed by refining the oily phase. SOLUTION: The method for producing the methylene-crosslinked polyphenylene polyamine comprises carrying out the reaction between aniline and formaldehyde in the presence of the acid catalyst. This method is characterized in that the reaction liquid for producing the final product essentially containing aniline and the methylene-crosslinked polyphenylene polyamine is neutralized by adding an aqueous alkaline solution to the liquid while mixing them using the line mixer.
