Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reaction efficiency of a bubble tank and to enhance the efficiency of utilizing ozone relating to an improvement of the bubble tank in chemical absorption. SOLUTION: An ozone treatment is performed by using an ejector 3 installed in the water to be treated in a hermetic vessel 1 and using the driving fluid in the ejector 3 as water to be treated and a suction fluid as gaseous ozone. The exhaust gaseous ozone accumulated in the space in the upper part of the hermetic vessel 1 is sucked from a suction section of the ejector 3 into the ejector 3 such that the gaseous ozone is cyclically used.
