DENTAL HANDPIECE OR ANGLE PIECE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental handpiece or an angle piece which can reduce assembly cost, can eliminate the need of assembling a plurality of sleeve parts and allows to form a geometrical shape required hydrodynamically in a region where drive air or return air is introduced. SOLUTION: The dental handpiece or the angle piece comprises a turbine rotor (5) which is arranged on a head (20A) of the handpiece and is actuated by compressed air to drive tools, an outer sleeve (20), and a connecting part (7) for connecting to a supply hose or an intermediate piece. The handpiece or the angle piece is provided with an insert member (30) and the side (30A) adjacent to its head is freely accessible for processing or geometrical shaping. A medium piping (3) is fixed to an opening of the insert member (30). With such a configuration, the outer sleeve (20) can be manufactured from one pipe member, and the insert member (30) and the medium piping (3) can be inserted into the sleeve (20) together.
