Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable running having deviation of each gas turbine output while maintaining the output as one unit constant in a combined cycle power generating system comprising a plurality of gas turbine shafts and steam turbine shafts. SOLUTION: This total load controlling device allocates inconstant load setting values to a load setter of each gas turbine shaft based on a load setting and a system frequency from a central feeding instruction place. A gas turbine load controlling device finds a speed setting value of the gas turbine from deviation between a load setting value set to the load setter by the total load controlling device and the gas turbine load, and controls the gas turbine load in a manner that the gas turbine speed becomes the speed setting value. A steam turbine load controlling device controls a steam turbine load in a manner that a steam turbine speed becomes the speed setting value. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
