Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable certainly starting/stopping an engine in any vehicle type, even though re-starting or stopping of the engine may fail due to the generation of various deformed wave forms in an L terminal voltage signal according to a vehicle type, in control recognizing starting/stopping of the engine by using the L terminal voltage signal. SOLUTION: The wave form of a cell motor starting signal ST and the L terminal voltage signal according to an output voltage of an alternator is monitored. Even when an abnormal L terminal voltage signal comes, the L terminal voltage signal is controlled to be a normal signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
