DEVICE FOR PREVENTING LEAKAGE OF LIQUID FROM PLATING TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing the leakage of liquid from a plating tank using seal rollers by which the disengagement and slippage of a work from a chuck can be prevented when the work is introduced between the seal rollers. SOLUTION: Vertical slits 2 and 3 for taking the work in and out are provided to the sidewall, of a main body 1 of a treatment tank, through which the work is put in and out. The leakage of liquid can be prevented by means of seal rollers 6 in pairs and seal rollers 7 in pairs, both of which are provided in close vicinity to the slits 2 and 3, respectively. The seal rollers 6 and the seal rollers 7 are inclined from the vertical direction in the plane parallel to the work surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
