Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify from the viewpoint of safety, for example, the removal of oxygen (a danger of explosion) from silicic acid to be supplied in a fixed quantity, the practicing of a reaction to be accompanied with the return of a load medium, and the treatment of degasification and temperature control (important to the mixing of a temperature-sensitive additive to the flow of A/B). SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of taking a base material consisting of a polyvinylpolysiloxane and a filler out of the vessel (3) which reduces the volume in proportion to a discharge amount, transporting to the other two pumps (4) by overpressing with a pump (4a), of further transporting the above base material with these two pumps, accordingly on the one hand, of manufacturing A continuously by admixing at least one metal catalyst to the base material, and on the other hand at the same time, of manufacturing B continuously by admixing a crosslinker and an inhibitor to the base material consisting of a polyvinylpolysiloxane and a filler.
