Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot air vulcanization capable of performing peroxide vulcanization even in an environment where oxygen caused by open air or the like exists and having excellent productivity when the peroxide vulcanization is performed. SOLUTION: A peroxide vulcanization rubber is extruded from an extruder 1 to form a rubber green material 2, and it is cut into a specified dimension, and the surface thereof is rapidly heated by a halogen heater 3 under an environment where oxygen 4 in the open air is intermingled. A surface vulcanized layer 5 which is peroxide-vulcanized by suppressing reaction with oxygen is formed thereby. Thereafter, this initially vulcanized rubber green material 6 is fitted on a mandrel 3 and main vulcanization thereof is performed in the open air. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
