Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a metal sheet stuck decorative sheet wherein a metallic sheet is stuck to a woody substrate in a state of simplifying a working process, improving a productivity and reducing a processing cost. SOLUTION: A flat board-like metallic sheet 20 such as a stainless sheet is stuck to a surface 11 side of the woody substrate 10 with an adhesive. Thereafter, a side edge part of the stuck metallic sheet 20 is stuck with the adhesive by pressure welding while being guided along the cut end surfaces 14a, 14b of the woody substrate by using a jig 30 such as a roller 31.
