Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing an early drying of a solvent based coating film including an early drying at the part on a device to be applied with a coating film. SOLUTION: The method includes that the solvent vapor is introduced just near a coating device and that the solvent vapor is passively carried to the part. Thereby, a risk of the early drying is reduced. The solvent in the coating fluid has a tendency that it does not rapidly vaporize in the presence of the solvent vapor. It is possible that the solvent vapor is introduced by any one of various solvent vapor release devices. For example, it is possible that the solvent vapor is passively carried to the part by an increase in concentration, diffusion or natural convection of the solvent vapor in a border layer moved with a base material of the object to be coated.
