GAME MACHINE AND GAME MACHINE UNIT WITH STATIONARY EXERCISE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine and a game machine unit with a stationary exercise device for enhancing entertaining characteristics by adjusting mutual relationship between exercise and games so as to relieve fatigue of the body and mind and promote health. SOLUTION: A wheel rotation sensor 210 detects a pedaling speed (rotational number per unit time) of a cycling machine 200, and one game ball shooting interval is selected/determined from a plurality of phased intervals. The greater the pedaling speed is, the shorter the game ball shooting interval is set. A shooting motor 153 is driven based on the determined game ball shooting interval. Added-up calory consumed by pedaling the cycling machine 200 is calculated. As a value of the consumed calory increases, for example, by 100 kCal, probability of a big prize winning (probability that a special game state occurs) becomes greater. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
