STATE NOTIFICATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state notification device for notifying a latest situation without a special operation by a user when any operation is performed. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an operation detection part 101 detecting an operation by the user such as a key operation for inputting a number, a character and a mark and a navigation key operation, an opening/closing detection part 103 detecting whether a portable telephone set is opened or closed in the case of the foldable portable telephone set and detecting whether a flip is opened or closed in the case of a flip portable telephone set, an antenna pull-out detection part 105 detecting that an antenna 115 is pulled out, a presence managing part 107 instructing transmission of presence information corresponding to an operation to a communication control part 109 when the operation detection part 101 or the opening/closing detection part 103 or the antenna pull-out detection part 105 detects the operation and the communication control part 109 transmitting presence information instructed from the presence managing part 107.
