PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more operating buttons to be arranged at the front of an electronic apparatus such as a stationary type recorder or the like, and to enable many functions to be operated by the operating button of the electronic apparatus even if a remote control can not be used. SOLUTION: An opening 10 for operating is provided at the front of the electronic apparatus, and an operation part 9 is rotatably provided around a rotation axis along the front of the electronic apparatus at this opening 10 for operating. The operation part 9 comprises a first operating side 911 where a operating button 92 is arranged, and a second operating side 931 where the operating button 92 is arranged. By opening a front door 7 and rotating the operation part 9. The state that the first operating side 911 faces forward at the opening 10 for operating and the state that the second operating side 931 faces forward at the opening 10 for operating can be changed.
