Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load imposed by bending of a code when changing a direction of irradiation. SOLUTION: A reflector (a tilting member) tiltably supported by a lamp body 110 and supporting a light source bulb 170 is provided. A code 181 led out from the light source is fixed to code clamps (181a, 181b) near a tilting fulcrum (a bearing 151 of a fulcrum shaft 150 supporting the reflector) of the reflector (the tilting member).
