Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate if a flaw is periodic by displaying a tool locus divided and color-coded into appropriate areas with respect to a machining program causing such a flaw since when there is a flaw in a workpiece, it can be judged that the cause is in a finishing machine side and not in NC data if the flaw is periodic. SOLUTION: A particular axis is selected from X, Y and Z axes of the NC data. An area in a particular axis direction is assigned per each predetermined division width from a desired base point position with respect to the particular axis. A predetermined display attribute is added to each area. The tool locus is displayed along the three axes that are the X, Y and Z axes in a display form conforming to the display attribute per each area with respect to the particular axis.
