ELECTROSTATICALLY CHARGED IMAGE DEVELOPING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of developing an electrostatically charged image with a spherical toner of ≥0.92 in circularity without contaminating a window for an optical sensor by using an electrostatically charged image developing device which detects the remaining amount of the toner by the optical sensor. SOLUTION: Used is the electrostatically charged image developing device which is equipped with a container for a developer and detects the remaining amount of the toner of ≥0.92 in circularity by the optical sensor through a styrenics-made window provided in a device wall when an electrostatically charged image is developed with the toner.
