ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT DISPLAY DEVICE, ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a point being the factor for radiating electromagnetic waves by current flowing inside electronic equipment. SOLUTION: At least one of current distributions guided from magnetic field distributions or electric field distributions near the electronic equipment to be measured, power distributions, and impedance distributions is displayed on the screen of the image of the electronic equipment, CAD data, layout data, or a circuit diagram in superposition or on multiple screens. Then, a pointer for indicating the same coordinates is provided. Additionally, an electronic equipment display device for specifying wiring, components, and the like for generating an electromagnetic field is provided even if resolution is much higher than before and there are more points to be measured, the measured magnetic field distributions are complex, or the like by a method for displaying the frequency characteristics, time characteristics, layer, or distributions for each plane in the current distributions, voltage ones, power consumption ones, and impedance ones.
