Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for testing vehicles under dynamic driving conditions by reproducing the driving conditions that are rapidly converted. SOLUTION: A load motor 2 is directly connected to a drive wheel 11. Inertia components in an external mechanical load is limited to the one done by the rotor of the load motor 2. The influence of inertial force in a wheel contact roller 3 can be excluded as compared with a case where the load motor is directly connected to the wheel contact roller 3 as before, and a highly responsive pseudo load can be given to a wheel 10. The output of a compensation motor 4 directly connected to the wheel contact roller 3 is controlled based on the speed of the drive wheel 11, the inertial force in the wheel contact roller 3 is canceled out, weight in the wheel 10 is supported by the wheel contact roller 3, and the influence of inertial force in the wheel contact roller 3 to a drive wheel 11 is reduced.
