PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a flow rate as the whole even when abnormality is generated in any of a plurality of measuring passages. SOLUTION: A control circuit part 9 detects the generation of the abnormality based on flow rates in the respective measuring flow passages 21-23,and finds the sum of the flow rates using the flow rate equivalent to the flow rate in the normal flow passage where the abnormality is not detected, instead of the flow rate in the flow passage where the abnormality is detected. That is, since a fluid having the substantially same flow rate flows in each of the plurality of flow passages 21-23connected in parallel each other, the sum of the flow rates is found using the flow rate in the normal flow passage 21where the abnormality is not detected, instead of the flow rate in the flow passage 23where the abnormality is detected, so as to measure accurately the flow rate as the whole even when the abnormality is generated in any of the plurality of measuring passages 21-23.
